湖南省邵阳市医用X射线诊断机房卫生防护现状调查 被引量:2

Investigation on the Radiological Protection Status of the Medical X-ray Diagnosis Engine Rooms in Shaoyang City of Hunan Province

摘要 目的掌握医用X射线诊断机房卫生防护现状,为今后工作的开展提供依据。方法通过现场卫生学调查和检测,对机房建设的预评价工作开展情况及机房卫生防护状况进行评价和分析。结果邵阳市现有医用X射线诊断机房预评价率为28.78%。2002年后建设的机房其预评价率(44.07%)明显高于2002年前(8.04%)(P<0.01),市级医院已达95.45%,县级医院为54.76%。现有机房总体合格率为32.20%,二级以上医院机房合格率(63.53%)明显高于二级以下医院(10.00%)(P<0.01),市级医院机房合格率(64.71%)和县级医院(52.94%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但市县级医院机房合格率(56.86%)明显高于乡镇等其他医院(7.77%)(P<0.01)。结论乡镇医院是放射防护工作最薄弱的地方,应重点抓好基层医院的放射防护工作。 [ Objective] To learn the radiological protection status about the medical X-ray diagnosis engine rooms, and provide the reliable data for the future work. [ Methods ] The radiologieal protection status and building pre-assessment about the engine rooms were analyzed and evaluated by field investigation and monitoring. [ Results ] The pre-assessment rate of the medical X-ray diagnosis engine rooms was 28.78%. The pre-assessment rate (44.07%) of the engine rooms built after 2002 was significantly higher than that ( 8.04% ) of the engine rooms in former times ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and that of the municipal hospitals and the county hospitals reached 95.45 % and 54.76% , respectively. The total qualified rate of the engine rooms was only 32.20% , and that of the secondary hospitals was 63.53% ,which was significantly higher than that ( 10.00% ) of the hospitals below second-class ( P 〈0.01 ). The qualified rate of the municipal and the county hospitals reached 64.71% and 52.94% , respectively, which had no significantly difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). But the total qualified rate ( 56.86% ) of the municipal and the county hospitals was significantly higher than that ( 7.77% ) of the town hospitals ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The weakest point of the radiological protection work is in the town hospitals,which should be strengthened in the future.
