摘要
教育部考试中心新近推出了NCRE计算机职业英语考试,丰富了我国教育领域中专业英语考试的类别。本文将对专业英语考试进行界定,然后简要介绍国内外专业英语考试,并进行对比分析,最后阐述专业英语考试的发展方向。
NCRE English Test for IT professionals, launched by the National Education Examinations Authority （NEEA）, is a new type of professional English tests in the field of education in China. This paper gives a definition of professional English tests, briefly introduces major domestic and overseas professional English tests, conducts a contrastive analysis of them and finally points out the trend of development for tests of English for specific purposes.
