摘要
在盾构机进洞的地下连续墙位置采用玻璃纤维(GFRP)筋代替钢筋将有利于盾构的穿越施工。结合崇明长江隧道长兴岛岸边段盾构穿越地下墙进洞的工程实例,通过有限元的理论计算与实测数据的对比分析,介绍了GFRP筋代替钢筋的地下墙钢筋笼的起吊采用新型桁架的施工工艺,具有很强的实用价值。
GFRP used to replace the steel reinforcement in the diaphragm wall where the shield machine is to drive out will facilitate the cutting through of the shield machine. In connection with the engineering practice in the Chongming Changjiang Tunnel Project on the shore of Changxing Island, where the shield machine drove through the diaphragm into the working shaft, and based on the comparison and analysis of the result from calculation using the finite element theory with the data measured on site, a new workmanship with the truss is introduced for GFRP to replace the lift of the diaphragm rebar cage, which is of high value in practice.
