摘要
振动问题在国内大型机组上时有发生,严重影响了汽轮机组的安全运行,但是汽轮机振动问题的诊断和处理确实有一定难度。某台300MW汽轮机组的振动问题涉及了影响汽轮机组振动的多个因素,如碰磨、缸体跑偏、激振和动不平衡等等,本文给出了具体的分析和处理方案,并最终解决了机组振动问题,确保了该机组的安全、顺利投产和移交,取得了很好的安全效应和经济效益。本文的分析和处理方案可为大型汽轮机组振动问题的分析和处理提供参考。
A 300MW unit's vibration was related with many factors including rubbing, cylinder move, unstable vibration and imbalance etc. For that, the analysis and solutions were given in this paper, and finally, it solved the problems on the unit's vibration and guaranteed its safety. Consequently, good effect and costeffectiveness have been obtained. The analysis and solutions can be used as a reference for vibration occurred in a large turbo-generator.
