GTM的沥青稳定碎石级配设计及其路用性能

摘要 半刚性基层材料存在不容忽视的缺陷和不足,因而沥青碎石全厚式路面结构将是发展的一个重要趋势。简要介绍了旋转压实剪切实验机(GTM)的基本特点。叙述了GTM设计方法,包括原材料性质及矿料级配的确定、试验条件、最佳沥青用量的确定。通过选定规范的3种级配,分别采用了具有代表性的GTM和大马歇尔2种试验方法,并对同一级配下由2种试验方法得出的路用性能进行了比较,试验证明GTM方法设计的沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能。 With un-negligible defects in mate- rials for the semi-rigid road base, the asphalt macadam through thickness pavement will be the trend of development. Introduced hereby are the general features of GTM, including the design method, the raw material properties, gradation of minerals, test condition and determination of optimal asphalt consumption. The three specified grades selected are tested respectively using two methods of typical GTM and large Marshall, and the road performance from the tests of the same grade is compared. It is proved in tests that the asphalt mixture designed in GTM way is of good road performance.
