摘要
从地理、气象、设计、建设、管理等方面分析了上海市中心城区的积水原因。最后有的放矢地从短历时暴雨强度公式、暴雨重现期、径流系数、合理划分排水系统、完善工程组织、做好管网日常养护、建立等级预警机制等方面,提出可行的改善建议。
The cause for flooding in downtown of Shanghai is hereby analyzed from the points of geography, meteorology, design, construction and administration, and applicable improvement is proposed regarding aspects such as the short time storm intensity formula, storm recurrence period, runoff coefficient, distribution of drainage systems, engineering organization, daily maintenance of drainage network and establishment of the ranked early warning system.
