摘要
工程造价控制的重点应转移到建设项目的前期研究阶段,尤其是设计这个关键阶段。从道路工程设计的角度,论述了规划、建设规模的合理选择、单项工程的多方案比选、工程地质勘察、采用新材料和新工艺等方面对工程造价的影响,并提倡采用全生命周期的设计模式以有效控制和降低工程造价。
The engineering cost control shall shift the stress to the initial stage of project studies, especially to the key stage of design. From the point of road design, impacts on the engineering cost are described hereby, including planning, the rational determination of the scale of construction, comparison of multiple options for a single item of works, geological survey and adoption of new materials and new workmanship, with the full life cycle design mode proposed for efficient control and reduction of the cost.
