摘要
创新是企业生存发展的内在需要,也是增强竞争力的重要手段。加快创新和改进服务是中国工商银行总行2007年工作的两个重要抓手,只有不断创新和改进服务,才能有效提升工商银行的核心竞争力。本文从目前宁波分行结算与现金管理产品创新和服务创新现状分析入手,深入研究了影响工商银行结算与现金管理业务发展的内外部因素,并从提升品牌特色、加强市场需求调研、强化产品研发、针对细分市场分层营销、建立营销机制、加快服务渠道建设、完善产品售后服务体系等方面提出了加快工商银行结算与现金管理产品和服务创新的具体措施。
Innovation is an enterprise's internal demand to obtain development, as well as the important approach to enhance its competence. Quickening innovation and improving service quality, two core tasks of ICBC in 2007, can effectively advance ICBC's core competence. Beginning with introducing Ningbo Branch's developing status in settlement and cash management business innovation, the paper makes in-depth research on the internal and external factors affecting ICBC to develop this business and proposes several detailed counter-measures, such as enhancing brand characters, strengthening investigation of market demands, emphasizing product R&D, establishing hierarchical marketing mechanism according to the market segments, speeding up the construction of service channels and perfecting the after-sale service system.
