摘要
以ZYR-1200煤矿用全液压钻机用螺旋钻杆为研究对象,重点介绍了螺旋钻杆2个重要参数—螺旋叶片的螺旋升角和螺距的设计过程。简要地说明了螺旋钻杆在ZYR-1200钻机上的试验情况,验证了螺旋钻杆参数设计的正确性。
Took the screw drilling rod that was used for the ZYR- 1200 entire hydraulic pressure drilling machinery in coal mines as object of study. It emphatically introduced a design process of two important parameters - the screwing up angle of the screw blade and the pitch. The experimental situation of the screw drilling rod on the ZYR - 1200 entire hydraulic pressure drilling machinery was explained, and accuracy of parameters design of screw drilling rod was comfirmed.
