摘要
分析了知识经济时代知识管理的内涵及与档案管理的内在联系,论述了知识管理对企业档案管理的影响及对策,提出知识管理与档案管理融合的优势及切入点,对于加强档案信息资源开发利用、推进知识管理体系构建均起到了平台和基础作用。
The paper analyzes the connotation of knowledge management in the knowledge economic era and its internal relation with the archives management, discuses the effects of knowledge management on the archives management in enterprise and the corresponding tactics and puts forward the benefit by merging the knowledge management into archives management, which would provide a platform and foundation in developing the archives information resource exploitation and promoting the system construction of knowledge management.
