摘要
法学专业实习基地是培养学生实践能力的重要途径和场所,是教学单位与基地单位双方联系的桥梁和纽带。随着实习基地的利用和发展,促进了实践教学模式的改革与完善。选择和建立法学专业实习基地要遵循一定的条件和原则,在模式上,可建立多层次、多类型实习基地,创建紧密联系型基地。对实习基地的组织与管理,应以协议为基础,做到规范化、制度化、实效化。
Professional law practice base is to train students practical ability of the important ways and places, teaching units and the base unit agreed between the two sides of the bridge and link with the practice base of the use and development, and promote the practice of teaching mode of reform and improvement. Choice of law and the establishment of professional training bases should follow certain conditions and principles of the model, the establishment of a multi--level and multi--type training base, create a base of close contact.
