摘要 对比研究了麦草烧碱-蒽醌浆和桉木硫酸盐浆的性能。结果表明,纤维性能是决定浆料打浆性能和纸张性能的主要因素。与桉木浆相比,麦草浆极易打浆,经打浆后麦草浆各项强度指标的提升幅度较桉木浆小得多,原因是打浆过程中麦草纤维位错值的增大以及大量细小组分的产生。麦草浆中的细小组分不利于纤维间的结合,将细小组分筛分除去后,麦草浆的滤水性能得到明显改善,且纸张的机械及光学性能都有所提高。 The response to refining of wheat straw NaOH-AQ pulp and eucalyptus kraft pulp as well as the relationships between refining, fiber properties and paper properties are described in this paper. The results show that wheat straw pulp is easier to respond the refining than eucalyptus pulp and their differences are mainly due to the higher fines content and higher xylan content in wheat straw pulp. A higher initial number and a faster development of dislocations together with the creation of large amounts of fines explain the slower and lower development of strength properties of wheat straw pulp compared with the eucalyptus pulp. Removal of fines from wheat straw pulp improves not only the drainability of the pulp suspension but also the mechanical and optical properties of the sheet. This indicates that the fines in the wheat straw pulp mainly play a role as filler with low binding properties.
