摘要
目的探讨增生前列腺组织中Smad4和Smad7的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测30例增生前列腺组织及10例正常前列腺组织中Smad4和Smad7的表达。结果在正常前列腺组织中,Smad4和Smad7的平均面密度值分别为0.1013±0.0326,0.0997±0.0467;在BPH组织中,Smad4和Smad7的平均面密度值分别为0.0601±0.0485,0.0354±0.0267,表达水平均下调,不论Smad4还是Smad7,其在BPH组织中的平均面密度值与正常前列腺组织中的平均面密度值比较,差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。但不具有显著的相关性,r=0.138,P>0.05。结论Smad4和Smad7在前列腺增生组织中的表达下调,提示其参与了前列腺增生的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) tissues. Methods The expression of Smad4 and Smad7 levels in tissues of 30 case benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and 10 case normal prostate(NP) were detcted by immunohistochemiscal method. Results The expression level of Smad4 in BPH and Smad7 is lower than that in NP (P〈0.05). There was no relation between the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in BPH(P〉0.05). Conclusion The expression level of Smad4 and Smad7 in BPH is lower than that in NP. Both of them might be involved in the development of BPH.
