摘要
文章通过问卷调查和个别访谈对师范实习生的教师专业素质发展情况进行了分析。结果表明,多数师范生学科专业知识、教育知识、教学技能掌握较好;初步具备了课堂教学基本能力;对教师职业持认同和喜欢的态度。文章还就师范实习生在培养规格、教学等方面提出了相应的对策。
After the study on the present development of the normal school students' professional quality by means of questionnaire survey and individual interviews of the normal school students in practice teaching, it came to the conclusion that most of the normal school students have done well in commanding the knowledge in their own majors and in educating and teaching, that they have mastered the basic teaching skills in class and held a positive attitude to being a teacher. Furthermore, it put forward some strategies in the fields of training standard and teaching.
