摘要
本文研究了在汇麻过程中分别添加NH4NO3，（NH4）2SO4（NH4）2HPO4和（NH4）2CO3四种化学助剂对沤麻时间和沤麻过程中pH值及果胶酶活性的影响。确定了化学助剂法沤麻适宜的化学助剂种类，添加量和添加时间。采用此新工艺可缩短汇麻时间，并可提高亚麻纤维质量。
In this paper, the process of flax retting added chemistry reagents was studied. During the flax retting, chemistry reagents added can improve the microbes living conditions. increase the activity of pectinase. and therefore. reduce the retting time, and improve the quality of the flax fibre.
