摘要
采用化学氧化聚合方法,在气相中将nylon6纤维表面合成一层导电高分子-聚笨胺。盐酸作质子酸掺杂剂,得到纤维的电导率高达10~-1S/cm数量级。用傅立叶红外光谱仪测试方法分析了不同反应条件得到的聚苯胺结构的不同,显微摄影法确认了导电纤维是皮芯层结构。
The chemical oxidative polymerization is adopted to prepare electrically-conductive fibers. Polyaniline, a novel conducting polymer, is synthesized on the surface of nylon 6 in air phase. The conductivity of the coated fiber doped by HC1 has 10^(-1)S / cm order of magnitude. The different structures of polyaniline obtained under the different reactive conditions are measured by means of infrared spectrum method and the skin-core structure of the coated fiber is proved by the optical microscope.
