摘要
分析了棉和涤棉织物PEG快速焙烘整理工艺的影响因素如焙烘温度、时间和催化剂等,结合正交实验,对快速焙烘工艺进行分析讨论和优化。实验证明,快速焙烘催化剂采用PTSA,工艺条件为纯棉190℃×25s,涤棉180℃×25s,使织物获得良好的热活性,取得较好的效果。
The influence of curing temperature, time and catalysts on flash curing result of PEG (Polye thylene Ghycol) finish for cotton and T/C fabric were analysed and its optimum parameters were selected combined with orthogonal experiment. Results show that catalyst PTSA is good and the process conditions are 190℃×25s for pure cotton fabric, 180℃×25s for T/C fabric.
