冬小麦初生根系与抗旱性及产量关系的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了了解冬小麦幼苗初生根数目与品种抗旱性及产量的关系,分别于2002年和2003年采用室内光照培养箱沙土幼苗培养和大田不同水分处理试验方法,调查冬小麦幼苗初生根数目,测定各参试品种的经济产量来分析初生根数目与品种抗旱性及产量的关系。研究结果表明,冬小麦幼苗初生根数目与抗旱系数、抗旱指数间都表现出显著正相关关系。小麦初生根数与春季不灌水和春灌二水处理的籽粒产量则均达(极)显著正相关水平。根据研究结果,可以考虑将幼苗初生根数目多这一性状作为冬小麦抗旱育种以及节水栽培品种选择的一个参考指标。 In order to understand the ralationships the relationship between primary root system and drought resistance and yield of winter wheat. The experiments were carried out by the methods including indoor sand - soil seedling culture in a light - incubator and different water treatments in the field ( no irrigation in spring, two irrigation in spring) on the field in 2002,2003 year respectively. To analysis the ralationships between seedling primary root numbers and drought resistance and yield , seedling primary root numbers was investigated and economic yield was determined among the tested winter wheat varieties. The preliminary results revealed that there was a significant positive correlation between winter wheat seedling primary root numbers and drought - resistance coefficient (DRC) and drought -resistance index (DRI). The relationship between winter wheat seedling primary root numbers and grain yield under different water treatments was also amount to significant positive correlation. Therefore,it is considered that the characteristics of great winter wheat seedling primary root numbers was regarded as a reference index in drought - resistance breeding and water - saving cultivars selection of winter wheat.
