摘要
本文研究丝胶蛋白质与镍(Ⅱ)离子的配位反应及其络合物的二次结构。pH滴定和电子吸收光谱测定结果表明,pH值为9~9.5时开始出现配位化合物的435,240nm吸收峰,pH约10.5以上时每个Ni2+与肽链主链或侧基上的氮配位并释放出4个H+,从而确认了Ni(N)4型配位化合物的生成。此反应在反应物种的摩尔浓度比[Ni(Ⅱ)]T/[HL]T乃小于0.07时,按照化学计量学法则进行,大于0.07时由于肽链的立体障碍而偏离线性关系。根据PH11.5条件下生成的Ni(Ⅱ)-丝胶络合物的比浓粘度,以及固体试样的FT-IR、X射线衍射,DSC测定表明:丝胶蛋白质的二次结构由于Ni2+的配住而具有无规卷曲的结构.从而使初期热分解的热稳定性得到提高。
Studies the complexation between Ni(Ⅱ) ion and silk sericin (Bombyx Mori), and thesecondary structure of the Ni(Ⅱ)-silk sericin complexes for practical application. Carries outthe preparation of Ni (Ⅱ)-silk sericin (Bombyx mori) complex under various conditions ofpH and [Ni(Ⅱ)T/[HL]T(molarity ratio of Ni(Ⅱ) to sericin unit) in an aqueous solution at25℃. Tests pH titration.electronic spectra and the reduced viscosity; and determines thecomplexation in an aqueous solution. Observes the secondary structure of the complexedsericin in a solid state with FT-IR spectrometer and X-ray diffraction.
