摘要
相变材料的选择主要依据是相变温度.根据实验要实现的致冷目标,依次选定相变温度,再据相变温度选择相变材料.通过加入适当比例的成核剂和增稠剂,以解决无机相变材料的主要问题:过冷现象和分层现象.最终选择、配制出合适的两级相变材料体系,即:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O+4.7%碳酸盐成核剂+1.9%增稠剂体系,和Na2CO3·10H2O+6%硼酸盐成核剂+4.5%增稠剂体系.
That choosing phase-change material bases on phase-change temperature. In the case of the drop in temperature aim, first of all, to elect phase-change temperature in series, then choose phase-change materials. Adding the fitting proportional core reagent and dense reagent in the tacts, so as to solve the main phase-change material problems; overcooling and layer-built. Finally, this paper documents that choosing, testing and making the suitable two phase-change material systems which are Ca(NO_3)_2.4H_2O +4.7% carbonate core-reagent + 1.9% dense-reagent system and Na_2CO_3 .10H_2O + 6%borate core-reagent +4.5% dense-reagent system.
