摘要
分析了用火箭引雷进行半导体针限流的试验结果，指出它是大气中的长尺度的爆炸丝实验，其物理过程与下行闪电过程不同，不能证实半导体针的限流作用。半导体的限流性能必须在高电压大能量的条件下实验验证。
This paper analyzes the test results of lightning current limitation of SLE using the rocket to trigger lightning. It is indicated thet its physical process is different from a downward lightning strike and can not be verified the lightning current limitation of SLE. The author emphasizes thet verifying test for the lightning current limitation of SLE must be performed under the high voltage and large capacity.
