摘要
在全球化时代,发展文化、提升文化竞争力,是各国提高综合国力的重要战略选择。然而,文化只有在具有了自我创新性、历史延续性和对外交流性的时候,才可能有效形成竞争力。因此,发展文化的以上特征就成了当今时代提升文化竞争力的主题,也是促进我国文化转型的关键。
In the times of globalization, culture growth and the enhancement of cultural competition turn out to be an important strategic choice for the improvement of countries' comprehensive national power. However, it is possible for culture to become the competitive power with such the features as self-innovation, historical continuity and foreign communication. Thus, these features become the theme of the enhancement of cultural competition as well as the key of the promotion of China' s culture transformation.
