应用人胎膜敷贴联合红外线灯照射治疗溃疡期压疮的效果观察 被引量:5

Observation of the Efficacy of Human Fetal Membranes Pressing in Combination with Infrared Irradiation in Treating Ulcer Stage Pressure Sores

摘要 目的探讨人胎膜敷贴联合红外线灯照射治疗溃疡期压疮的效果。方法68例128处院外带入溃疡期压疮的患者,按患者入院单双日分为人胎膜组34例(62处压疮),安普贴组34例(66处压疮)。人胎膜组采用健康产妇正常分娩的新鲜胎膜,清创处理后将胎膜紧贴于创面上,再以3~4层无菌纱布覆盖、包扎,然后用红外线灯照射20~30 min,每日2次。对照组清创后根据创面的大小选择不同规格的安普贴敷料直接贴在创面上,压平,中间不留气泡。观察两组治疗效果。结果人胎膜组总有效率97%,安普贴组总有效率73%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(!2=7.503,P<0.01),人胎膜组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论人胎膜敷贴联合红外线灯照射治疗溃疡期压疮效果优于安普贴,操作方便,经济实用,且无不良反应,值得推广。 Objective To explore the efficacy of human fetal membranes (HFM) pressing in combination with infrared irradiation (Ⅱ) in treating ulcer stage pressure sores. Methods 68 patients with ulcer stage pressure sores were divided, according to the oddness or evenness of the date of their being hositalized, into the HFM group (n=34, 62 pressure sores in all) and control group (n=34, with 66 pressure sores altogether). For the HFM group, fresh HFM from healthy parturients of natural delivery, was pressed against the pressure sore surface, which was then bandaged with three to four layers of aseptic gauze, and which underwent infrared irradiation twice a day, 20 to 30 minutes each time. While for the control group, hydrocolloid stick the size of the pressure sore surface was directly pressed against the surface, smoothed with no bubbles left. And then observations were made of the treatment results for the two groups. Results In the comparison of the overall effect for the two groups, x^2=7.503, P〈0.01, suggesting that the effect of the HFM group was markedly superior to that of the other. Conclusion The result of HFM pressing in combination with Ⅱ in treating ulcer stage pressure sore is better than hydrocolloid, and with its easiness of use, economy and absence of adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization.
