摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,在玻璃珠表面涂覆均匀透明的WO3/TiO2薄膜,并制成光催化反应器对水溶液中酸性红B(ARB)的光催化降解进行了研究。采用XRD对催化剂进行了表征,讨论了催化剂的组成、煅烧温度、酸性红B的起始浓度、pH值、光照时间等因素对光催化反应活性的影响。结果表明:当ω(WO3)=4.0%,煅烧温度为500℃,[ARB]=20 mg.L-1,pH=7.1,光照时间为8 h时,酸性红B的脱色率可达94.8%。
In this article, photocatalytic degradation of acid red B (ARB) in aqueous solution was studied with a photocatalytic glass reactor which made of the glass beads evenly coated with transparent WO3/TiO2 thin film by the sol-gel process. WO3/TiO2 catalyst was characterized by XRD spectra. The primary factors which influenced the photocatalytic activity of WO3/TiO2 thin film were discussed. The results showed that the photodegradation rate of ARB could be reached to 94.8 % under the following conditions using WO3/TiO2 thin film as photocatalyst, with co (WO3) = 4.0%, calcined temperature = 500 ℃, starting concentration of[ARB] = 20 mg·L^-1, pH = 7. 1, illumination time = 8 h.
