CD154在B细胞活化蛋白1信号系统活化中的作用

摘要 B淋巴细胞表面的CD40分子和其配体(CD154)相互作用是B细胞活化的辅助刺激信号,可诱导活化蛋白1(AP-1)信号通路中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK),即JNK、ERK和P38活化,进一步促使下游AP-1转录因子向细胞核内转移,启动与炎症反应和细胞凋亡等相关基因的转录。MAPK活化是自身免疫病的发病机制之一,因此,研究CD40-CD154如何活化AP-1信号系统,
