摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠误诊、漏诊的原因。方法回顾性分析25例异位妊娠患者的B超图像特征。结果25例异位妊娠患者误、漏诊,既有客观因素也有人为因素。异位妊娠的B超影像表现复杂。结论只要加强对异位妊娠的全面认识,可以提高异位妊娠早期检出率,减少误诊、漏诊的发生。
Objective To evaluate the reasons of missed diagnosis and misdiagnose of B-mode ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. Methods The B-mode ultrasound imaging features of 25 cases with ectopic pregnancy were retrospective analyzed. Results 25 cases with ectopic pregnancy had missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, Both of objective factors and human factors contribute to this condition because of its complex imaging. Conclusion Strengthening the whole recognition of ectopic pregnancy will promote its early trimester of pregnancy,increase the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
