磁共振波谱在癫痫研究中的运用

摘要 磁共振波谱(MRS)是利用原子核磁共振频率的微小差异,无创性地检测体内各种化合物的含量变化,已成为检测体内化学成分、组织代谢重要的无创性检查手段。近10多年来,随着活体MRS技术的进展,其在临床应用越来越广泛,癫痫为研究最多的内容,对手术前病灶的定侧、定位和评价抗癫痫药物的临床效果均有重要价值。本文就MRS在癫痫中的临床应用现状进行综述。 Magnetic Resonance Spectrum (MRS) technology can non-invasively measure content change of various compounds in vivo by detecting small frequency difference of atom magnetic resonance frequency, which has become a main way of non-invasively measuring chemical composition and organizational formation in vivo. In the recent ten years ,with the development of MRS technology, clinical application of MRS technology becomes more and more extensive,of which epilepsy is one of main targets. MRS technology plays very important role in epilepsy-positioning before operation as well as evaluating effectiveness of anti-epileptic medicine. This review will summarize status of clinical application research of MRS in epilepsy.
