论述了高速公路的监理对策与措施,从工程质量控制、工程进度控制和工程费用控制等方面探讨了高速公路监理控制的重点,就如何运用合同手段对工程进行有效监控管理作了研究,积累了高速公路监理的经验。
The supervisor countermeasures and measurements of highway were discussed, the focal points of highway supervisor control were discussed from engineering quality control, engineering progress control and engineering cost control, and how to carry out effective supervisor government using contract method was studied, accumulated experiences for highway supervisor.
