摘要
分析了城市住区空间分异的动力因素,阐述了城市住区空间分异现象,探讨了当代中国城市住区空间分异的现状及问题,提出了需要通过加强居住区的规划管理,房地产的引导、控制,社区的建设服务等措施,对住区的空间分异加以引导,从而保证我国城市居住区的可持续发展。
The dynamic factors of urban residence space differential problems were analyzed and the urban residence space differential phenomenon was illustrated. The status and problems of China urban residence space differential were discussed. It proposed that the residence space differential was guided through strengthening planning management of residential district, guidance and control of domain, construction service of community so as to guarantee the sustainable development of China urban residence district.
