摘要
目的了解从化市儿童意外死亡的状况与特点。方法对广东省从化市2003～2007年5岁以下儿童意外死亡的资料进行回顾性分析。结果5岁以下儿童平均意外死亡率为197．41／10万，婴儿平均意外死亡率为63．32／10万，1～4岁儿童平均意外死亡率为134．09／10万。意外死亡在婴儿、1-4岁儿童死因分类中分别位居第5位和第1位，其中意外窒息和溺水是婴儿、1—4岁儿童意外死亡的首要死因。结论应采取综合性防范措施，减少儿童意外死亡的发生，降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。
Objective To study actualities and characteristics of accidental death of children under 5 years old, Methods The data of accidental death of children under 5 years old in Conghua city, Guangdong province from 2003 - 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average rate of accidental death of children under 5 years old was 197.41/100 000, of which, the average rate of accidental death of infants was 63.32/100 000, and that of children aged 1 -4 years old was 134.09/100 （300. Accidental death was the fifth cause of infants and the first cause of children aged 1 - 4 years old respectively in category of death causes. In accidental death, accidental asphyxia was the first death cause of infants, and drowning is the first death cause of children aged 1 - 4 years old. Condusion The integrated measures should be taken to reduce accidental deaths and lower the mortality rate of children under 5 years old.
