摘要
企业的融资结构对企业的发展有着重要影响,而由于经济体制、资本市场状况、经济发展水平等原因,我国企业与西方发达国家企业的融资偏好有明显差异。本文比较分析了中外企业不同融资结构的现状和成因,并由此得到一些启示。
Corporate financing structure has an important influence on the development of enterprises , but because of the economic system, the capital market conditions, the level of economic development and other reasons, there are some significantly different preferences between China＇ s enterprises and enterprises of the financing of Western developed countries. In this paper, a comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign enterprises of different financing structures and the causes of the status quo, and thus get some inspiration.
