摘要
为了降低海上油田开发中原油储存装置的造价,并防止传统油水置换水下储油引起的污染,提出油水隔离置换的水下储油思路。介绍储罐的总体构成及原油储存、转运基本工艺,从载荷特点、储罐设计直至油水隔离材料选择、污染控制等各方面探讨水下储油的技术可行性,分析采用这种水下储油模式的优势。
In order to decrease the cost of ocean oil storage and prevent pollution of traditional oil and water replacement, a new idea about underwater oil storage with separate replacement of oil and water was put forward. The general composition and basic working process of the new model oil tank was described. The feasibility was discussed from the view of loading characteristics, structural design, pollution controlling and selection of separate material. The advantages for the underwater oil storage method were also mentioned.
