摘要
本文对《中国电力》1997年第5期上刊登的日本掘井宪尔等人撰写的文章《新型避雷针上的引雷试验》提出质疑。并认为,该文声称的限流成功的9412号试验中能量关系极不平衡。通过计算,雷电流向水电阻释放的能量是水电阻中水从O℃到全部汽化所需能量的8.3倍以上。这说明雷击后,高阻避雷针的水电阻已不复存在,因而9412号试验的雷电流通过的大部分时间,仍然是闪络过程。本文还提出了对半导体消雷器或高阻避雷针进行通流能力试验的建议及其试验方案。
In the test number 9421 which was regarded asa successful example of lightning current elimination in artifi-cial triggered lightning the energy reIation was extremely un-balanced. According to the result of calculation, the energy re-leased from the triggered lightning current towards the waterrheostat was more than 8. 3 times the energy by which all ofthe water at the temperature of 0℃ in the water rheostat canbe fully vapourized. It indicates that after the lightning strokethe water rhostat with high resistance would not still be exist-ing. Therefore,in this test a flashover process occurred in themain part of the time period by which the lightning currentpassed through the water rheostat,and the lightning currenthas not been eliminated. At last the author puts forward aconcrete project for measuring the discharge current capacityof SLE or lightning rod with high resistance.
