摘要 禽流感病毒(avian influenza virus,AIV)是引起鸟禽类烈性传染病的病毒。1997年发现AIV跨越物种障碍使人感染。H5N1是有强致病力的禽流感病毒,感染H5N1的患者死亡率高。本文综述了禽流感病毒致病机制研究以及抗H5N1禽流感病毒新药的进展,包括:神经氨酸苷酶新抑制剂及核酸基的抗禽流感病毒新药——免疫调节双链核糖核酸聚ICLC脂质体和反义寡核苷酸。 The avian influenza virus (AIV) is a strong virus infection in birds, In1997, it was found that AIV could infect human beings over the species barrier. H5N1 is a virus with strong pathogenicity, so the people infected by H5N1 show a high death rate. In this article, the progress on pathogenic mechanism of AIV and new anti-H5N1 drugs is reviewed, including a new neuraminidase inhibitor and a nucleic acid-based anti-avian influenza virus drug --immunomodulating liposome-encapsulated dsRNA poly ICLC and antisense oligonucleotides.
