摘要
【目的】了解军医大学新生口腔卫生知识和行为与男、女性别之间的关系,为开展相关的口腔健康教育提供基础资料。【方法】以某军医大学194名新生为研究对象,以现场问卷方式调查口腔卫生知识和行为,采用单因素χ2分析。【结果】在所列的问卷调查项目中,仅"是否存在不良口腔卫生习惯"、"刷牙的次数"、"是否使用保健牙刷"3项与性别存在相关;"刷牙的时间"、"是否采用正确的刷牙方法"等8项差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】根据调查结果显示,军医大学新生在全面开展口腔健康教育的同时,还应该注重性别间的差异。
[Objective]To study the relationship between the gender and oral hygienic behavior for providing the fundamental data for oral health education. [Methods]The freshmen （males 144, females 50）of one military medical university were investigated by questionnaire about their oral hygienic behaviors and the data were analyzed by using Χ^2 test . [Results] Most of the investigated items had no correlation with the gender（ P〉0.05）. Only 3 items of ＂whether or not having bad oral habits＂, ＂the times of brushing teeth in one day ＂ and ＂whether or not using the health-care brushes＂ had correlation with gender. [Conclusion] Oral health edu cation should be called for the freshmen of military medical university, and at the same time the differences of gender should be paid attention to.
