摘要 对用于高压脉冲电容器充电的串联谐振软开关高压充电电源进行了理论研究、参数设计、仿真分析及实验研究。主电路串联谐振频率为32kHz,IGBT开关工作频率为15kHz,输出电流平均值为2A。正弦化谐振电流经过脉冲变压器升压及高压整流桥整流后,对电磁轨道发射脉冲功率系统的高压电容器组进行恒流充电,实测数据、波形与设计值一致,表明该电源满足设计和实验要求。 A high voltage capacitor -charging power supply using a series -resonant with soft switching is studied theoretically and experimentally based on parameters design and simulation analysis. The series - resonant frequency of the main circuit is 32 kHz, while the operating frequency of IGBT switch is 15 kHz and the average charging current is 2 A. A sine wave of series - resonant current is transformed by a step - up pulse transformer and commuted by a HV rectifier bridge, then charged into the HV pulse capacitors of the Railgun's pulse power system. The data and waveform obtained from tests are in accordance with the design, and the characteristics of the power supply satisfies the requirements of experiment and design.
