桥环萜类化合物的合成及其对蚂蚁驱避活性的研究 被引量:10

摘要 由β-蒎烯合成了诺卜醇、诺卜甲基醚、诺卜乙基醚、诺卜丙基醚、甲酸诺卜酯、乙酸诺卜酯、丙酸诺卜酯,测试以上7个桥环类萜类化合物对小黄家蚁(Monomorium pharaonis)的驱避活性,结果显示它们对小黄家蚁具有很强的驱避活性,在质量浓度为20 mg/mL时,驱避率分别为80%、100%、80%、100%、100%、100%和86%,并对驱避率较高的诺卜甲基醚、诺卜丙基醚、甲酸诺卜酯、乙酸诺卜酯进行了剂量—活性关系进行研究。 Seven bridge -ring terpenoid compounds, namely nopol, nopyl methyl ether, nopyl ethyl ether, nopyl n - propyl ether, nopyl formate, nopyl acetate and nopyl propanoate were synthesized from β - pinene. Their repellent activities against house ants, Monomorium pharaonis, were evaluated. The results showed that these bridgering terpenoids held strong repellent activities against house ants with the repellent rate from 80% to 100% respectively when the seeds were treated at the concentration of 20 mg/mL. The dosage - activity relationships of nopyl methyl ether, nopyl n - propyl ether, nopyl formate, nopyl acetate were bioassayed and analyzed.
