摘要
为达到完全回采矿石,深部采矿过程中胶结充填体被用来充填回采过程产生的采空区。胶结充填体强度配比设计是基于满足采矿过程充填体应稳定暴露的要求。通过工程类比法和理论分析计算法,确定了能够满足安庆铜矿井下采空区所需的胶结充填体强度要求,为矿山充填配比设计提供了强度依据。同时也得出胶结充填体强度与暴露高度和宽度的关系,揭示具有稳定性的胶结充填体力学强度变化特性。
To achieve complete extraction of ore, cemented fill is used to fill the voids left by mining. The design of the cemented backfill mix is based on the requirement of stable exposures during the mining sequence. By engineering analogy and academic analysis method, it gives strength requirement of cemented backfill mass for the underground voids of Anqing copper mine, and calculating results can afford strength warranty for mine backfill mix proportion. At the same time it educes the relation of strength of cemented fill mass and exposure height and width, and reveals variety characteristic of mechanics strength of stable cemented fill mass.
