摘要
研究了试剂2-[(5’-氟2’-砷酸基苯)偶氮]-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸与硼的荧光性能.硼与试剂形成1:2的强荧光配合物,其λex/λem=234 nm/380 nm, B(Ⅱ)含量在 0~360μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检测限为2.06μg/L,据此建立了测定微量硼的新方法。该方法应用于茶叶、铝合金及粮食等样品中微量硼的测定,结果满意.
In the paper, the fluorescence property of 2-L(2' -arsono-5' -fluorophenyl ) azo]- 1, 8-dihydroxy-3, 6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid(R) and its boron complex are studied. A type of complex BR2 is formed with λex/λem=234 nm/380 nm. A linear relationship of the calibration curve is obtained in the concentration range of 0-360μg/L for boron, and the detection limit is 2. 06 μg/L. This new method can be applied to the determination of boron in tea, aluminium alloy, starch and water with satifactory results.
