摘要
分析校长参与体育课程实施的双向意义、影响因素等。认为:校长在体育课程实施中的作用不可低估和忽视,校长参与体育课程实施具有双向共赢性。提出:帮助校长形成正确的体育意识、树立和谐的课程观念、提升课程素养、转换课程领导角色、减轻行政负担等,促进校长参与体育课程的实施。
It analyzed the bidirectional significance, influential factors etc. of principals' participation in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum, held that principals'role in the implementation of Physical Education curriculums shouldn't be underestimated and neglected and their participation in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum was a two-way win, and put forward such proposals as helping principals to form correct Physical Education consciousness, set up harmonious curriculum concept, upgrade curricular accomplishment, convert curricular leading role, reduce administrative burdens and so on, so as to promote principals' participation in the implementation of Physical Education curriculum.
