摘要
<正> 三溴偶氮胂的全名是2-(2-胂酸基苯偶氮)-7-(2,4,6-三溴苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6萘二磺酸。简称TBA。该显色剂用于微量锶的测定,未见文献报道。本文研究了锶与TBA形成配合物的显色条件,用正负峰双波长,在O.48mol/L HCl介质中测定锶时摩尔吸光系数ε_(620,505)=6.86×10~4。该体系显色反应快,实验条件易于掌握,有较好的选择性,通过适当掩蔽后,可以不经分离富集,测定花岗岩矿样中微量锶,分析结果令人满意。 (一)主要试剂与仪器锶标准溶液(优级纯硝酸锶配制)1mg/mL,10μg/mL。
A simple,sensitive and selective method has been developed for the dual—wavelength spectrophotometric determination of Sr with the sum of the peak height measured at the wavelengths of positive and negative peak. Strontium reacts quick with TBA to form a complex at room temperature in an aqueous Solution. The complex has maximum absorption at ε_(620,505)=6.84×10~4, and Beer's law is obeyed for 0—25μg/ml of Sr. This method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of Sr in rocks with satisfactory accuracy and precision.
