摘要
关键词法要求学习者在所学的目标语词汇与母语/目标语中读音相同或相近的词汇之间建立听觉联系并以形象的方式记忆,实质是借助言语和表象的共同加工过程来帮助记忆。从认知心理学的角度分析,它涉及到双重编码理论、加工水平说和激活扩散模型。因为关键词法涉及了多种形式的认知活动,词汇的记忆效果也得到加强,所以它受到研究者越来越多的关注。
Keyword method （KWM） requires both verbal and visual links between a to- be- learned word and a first/target language keyword wltich has the same or similar pronunciation as the to- be- leamed word. KWM involves dual coding theory, depth of processing theory and spreading activation model from the perspective of cognitive psychology. Due to the various forms of cognitive psychological activities that KWM involves, most experiments proved that KWM was superior to vocabulary learning conditions with which it was contrasted. Therefore, KWM captures more and more attention from the researchers.
