摘要
为研究残余应力的释放对焦面板的变形影响,建立三维斜角切削有限元模型,使用ANSYS/LS-DY-NA进行切削模拟,获得了已加工表面的残余应力分布,并研究不同切削深度下焦面板的变形大小。通过加工试验表明基于有限元的数值模拟方法可以有效预测焦面板的加工变形。
To reveal the influence of residual stress releasing to the machining distortion of the LAM OST focus plate, the cutting process was simulated using the 3D oblique cutting finite element model by ANSYS/LSDYNA, The distribution on the surface residual stress was achieved, and the influences of cutting depths on the distortion of the focus plate was investigated. The result showed that the FEM analysis is an effective method predicting the machining distortion of the focus plate.
