摘要
对产β-1,3-葡聚糖酶小麦内生多黏类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus Polymyxa)hu-4的产酶工艺进行了研究,通过正交实验建立和优化了hu-4菌株的发酵产酶培养基,确立了最佳发酵工艺.结果表明,以蛋白胨1.8%,酵母膏0.6%,玉米浆1.2%,酵母葡聚糖0.5%,矿质元素混合溶液0.5%为其最佳发酵培养基构成,pH值7.0;在温度32℃,转速200r/min,接种量2%的工艺条件下,发酵周期为36~38h,产酶效果较好.
In this paper, the β-1, 3-glucanase produced by wheat endophytic Paenibacillus polymyxa hu-4 were studyed. Optimal medium and fermentation technology were established by orthogonal design. The main composition of the medium was as follows:pH 7.0, 1.8 % peptone,0.6 % yeast extract, 1.2 % corn pulp, 0.5 % yeast glucan and 0.5 % mineral elements mixed solution. 32℃, 200 r/min and 2 % inoculum were the best fermentation conditions. The fermentation period is 36-8 h.
