摘要
云南镇雄火电厂由于扩建二期工程而出现取水口处可用水资源量不足,本文研究实施跨流域调水来解决这一问题,即在原有"干流取水,支流水库蓄水"的运行方式上加以跨流域上的干流取水及兴建一配套水库参与调节的调水模式形成联合调度的电厂取水方案,对不同典型年实现最经济的调水优化讨论,证明了此方案的可行性。
Thermal Power Plant in Zhenxiong,Yunnan can not get enough water resourses from the water intake because its extension of Second Stage Project. To solve the problem, this report studies on inter-basin water transferring to design a conjunctive management for the plant's water intake, which is based on the original operation mold of "taking water in main stream and storing water in the reservoir of the branch" and the new transferring water mold of "intake in main stream and a corollary water reservoir for adjusting the water resourses of the main" on the inter-basin. And a discussion on realizing the most economical optimization of transferring water proves the feasibility of this water diversion scheme.
