摘要
以麦草碱法制浆黑液中提取的变性半纤维素(简称MH)为原料,通过羧甲基化反应制备羧甲基变性半纤维素(简称CMMH)。研究了原料性质、试剂用量、反应条件等对产品性能的影响,制备出具有不同取代度的产品,经多方药理验证,产品具有提高免疫功能的作用。
Carboxymethyl modified hemicellulose(CMMH) was prepared from modified hemicellulose(MH) isolated from alkaline pulping liquor of wheat straw by carboxymethylation.The average number of carboxymethyl group introduced per xylose unit (degree of substitution,DS) can be controlled by varying the amounts of reactants,chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide added.The conditions of reaction were discussed.The effects of CMMH on immune function were examined by pharmacological experiments.Results show that CMMH can augment cellular immunity by enhancing the number and activity of immunocytes.It is considered that CMMH is fairly active for immunoregulation.
