摘要
目的探讨检测妊娠早、中期母血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)和超声联合筛查胎儿神经管畸形的临床意义。方法对来我院进行产前检查的2973例孕妇,在自愿同意情况下进行超声及血清标记物AFP筛查。采用酶免法测定甲胎蛋白水平,用随机中文筛查软件计算风险值,对高危可疑孕妇再进行羊水细胞染色体核型分析并给予确诊。随访所有孕妇至胎儿出生。结果2973例孕妇中,确定有高危人群381例,检出率为12.81%,经超声及引产后随访证实神经管畸形26例。结论超声结合母体血清联合筛查能够显著的提高胎儿神经管畸形的诊断,通过产前筛查,可及早发现胎儿神经管畸形,降低畸形儿的出生。
Objective: To evaluate the use of maternal - serum ultrasonic and AFP screening for neural tube defcet in singleton pregnancies. Methods : Total of 2973 women with singleton pregnancies requested a ultrasonic and AFP test. High risks for each neu- ral tube defect patient were hargotyped with amniotic cell. Results: Three hundred and eighty - ong ( 12. 81% ) of 2973 singleton pregnancies had high risk for abnormality of neural tube. 26 ecas were confirmed abnormality of neural tube by ultrasonic diagnosis and post partum consultation. Conclusion: Maternal - serum AFP and ultrasonic screening were preferred means to diagnosis neural tube defect in fetus.
