摘要
作为公安部抗震救灾协调组长和四川省抗震救灾指挥部成员,针对"5.12"汶川特大地震及参加抗震救灾的情况,概括地介绍了地震灾害的特点以及"5.12"特大地震灾害,从快速反应、统一指挥、抢救生命、信息公开、保障到位、科学救灾、防止疫情、恢复重建和维护稳定等方面,探讨了地震灾害应急救援的措施。
The features of earthquake and the ＂5 · 12＂ earthquake were described according to the earthquake relief condition of ＂5 ·12＂ earthquake in Wenchuan as that the author was the leader of Earthquake Relief Group and also a member of Sichuan Earthquake Relief Headquarters. The emergency measures for earthquake were discussed form the aspects of quick response, uniform command, rescue of life, open of information, effective guarantee, reasonable rescue, prevention of epidemic, reconstruction, maintenance of stability, etc..
