摘要
目的探讨Ki-67在前列腺癌及前列腺癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测40例前列腺癌病理组织以及45例前列腺癌旁组织的Ki-67的基因表达水平。结果Ki-67在前列腺癌组织中表达值为7.35±0.27,在45例前列腺癌旁组织中表达值为0.23±0.09,前列腺癌中Ki-67表达值高于前列腺癌旁组织,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论前列腺癌组织中Ki-67基因高表达值有助于前列腺癌的诊断。
Objective To study the Ki-67 mRNA expression by real-time quantitative PCR in prostate canecer (PCa) tissue cells and their corresponding non-cancerous tissuses, explore the value of Ki-67 mRNA expression level in PCa diagnosis. Methods A senstive, real-time quantitative PCR assay was developed to compare the expression difference of hK2 mRNA in PCa and their corresponding non-cancerous tissues, by testing 40 samples of PCa 45 samples of their corresponding non-cancerous tissue. Results The expression level level of Ki-67 in Pca and non-cancerous tissue are 7. 35 ±0. 21 and 0. 23 ± 0. 09 respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The detection result of Ki-67 mRNA expression by QRT-PCR can afford a reliable and helpable information for diagnosis of PCa.
