介绍了一种基于差分GPS(DGPS)定位和3G通信技术的目标监控系统终端设计,阐述了该系统的主要功能。重点介绍了伪距DGPS测量原理、系统终端的硬件设计和软件工作流程、3G通信数据传输、视频传输流量控制算法,以及GPS接收板的数据处理。该系统解决了目前现有同类系统定位不精确、数据传输量小的瓶颈问题,实现了对目标视频等信息的监视。
A monitoring system based on DGPS ( differential global positioning system) and 3 G (3rd generation) is designed, and the main function of the system is explained. The principles of DGPS, hardware and software design of terminal, 3G communication data transmission, the control algrithm of video frequency streaming , and processing of GPS OEM data are discussed in detail. The system solves the imprecise of GPS positioning and information transmitting botdeneck problem existing in the systems, and implements the monitoring of video frequency.
